Ascott Consulting has formally entered into strategic discussions with SP Academy regarding a potential acquisition. The proposed transaction reflects Ascott’s long-term expansion strategy to strengthen its position in executive communication, international consulting, and performance-based language training. SP Academy, founded by Scott Perry, is built upon nearly forty years of applied research, pronunciation science, and high-level executive training. The academy has developed specialized sound-based training systems and performance-driven methodologies designed for professionals, corporate leaders, and public-facing executives.

The discussions currently center on valuation analysis, intellectual property rights, curriculum assets, brand equity, and operational integration planning. Particular attention is being given to the academy’s proprietary training systems, digital course materials, and established client base. Ascott is also reviewing how SP Academy’s programs could be integrated into its broader consulting framework, which emphasizes efficiency, measurable results, and AI-supported communication systems.

Both parties have confirmed that negotiations remain in the preliminary phase. Any final agreement would be subject to comprehensive due diligence, financial verification, and formal board approval.
